My sign-in code didn't come

It comes by email from Holy Ghost Stories within a minute or two. Check your spam or promotions folder. Codes expire after a while, so if it's been some time, ask the app for a new one.

Do I need an account?

No. Every story plays without one. An account keeps what you've saved and where you stopped on all your devices.

A story won't play

Stories stream over the internet, so check your connection and try again. If one story keeps failing, let us know which one.

How do I share a story?

Tap the share button on the story's page. Your friend gets a link they can listen to right away, with or without the app.

How do I start over or leave?

To clear where you've stopped in each story: Library, then your account, then Clear listening history. To delete your account and everything with it: Library, then your account, then Delete account. See our privacy policy for more.
